Done with the gym workout on that set that I skipped yesterday for the triceps but also workouts my forearm muscles inner and outer. Did a heavy bag workout too for the front kick, knee, elbow, and jab and cross combo with uppercasts and hooks. Later did the round kick and some other combo strikes from the Zero system.
When I was about to do my calisthenics, my martial arts master came and we did another round of long discussion for the telecommunications service business prospect and he is awaiting for my presentation with on technical side next week, hence I need to come up with an architecture of the system including the design and some details so we can quantify power consumption and data throughput including inventory of devices needed.
While at the discussion, one of the patrons from the gym suddenly was in pain and went to our area. For a moment I was assessing if it was a heart attack and prepared myself to administer CPR in case the person losses the heartbeat but it turns out it was a cramp on his abdomen muscles. Told the guy to arch his back to stretch his abdominal muscles, relax and it worked.

Horizon scanning regarding the rise of AI and the support and opposition against it, I see that someday far in the future, there will be an escalation between AI and human groups oppposing it. The two main argument against AI is the massive amounts of water needed to cool the physical infrastructure running the AI computer and at the same time the massive amounts of electricity needed to power the infrastructure.
