The rest of the year apart from working as an engineer for an international company, will be on building the foundations of a cybersecurity company and that includes onboarding investors for the initial capital, navigating the legal and geopolitical aspects of candidate states for the country of incorporation, and many other things. I will need to consult a lawyer regarding these things and to delegate a power of attorney later on for the incorporation work and also to onboard a director that will manage the operations of the company while I remain as owner (passive for now while working for another) and founder.
I’m still weighing if Japan or Turkiye but initially Japan has more significance for the cybersecurity product offering. Turkiye might be a better choice later for a separate corporate entity on weapons product offering.
In the meantime I am heading off to the gym for a weekend workout.
