With regards to the political work and military planning, the threshold is when a communist revolution uprising from the civilian masses topples down the government or an armed communist coup replaces the existing state government (meaning the Philippine Constituional Democracy is replaced with a communist government) and or a Chinese invasion happens, then the political group will immediately transition to a military one and will rapidly escalate and attack local communist armed groups including taking communist leaders as POWs regradless if they took arms or not, the same will happen to a Chinese invading military in the Philippine archipelago. It is the safest route with legitimacy from international communities and from the eyes of the toppeled down or invaded state government. Otherwise, we will remain as a political group.
