Still doing studies on the pros and cons on different routes to incorporation but the current status now is to disclose decision to incorporate to the company that I am working for in order to not breach trust and agreements. I will need an approval and I am expecting some restrictions aligning on ethics, conflict of interest, and non-compete. Still better than waiting for my exit in a few years where the market has already been saturated with competitors.
I had reached out to my Private Military Contractor training circle regarding the plan for the resistance group in the event of a local communist revolution in the future and the contingency of a Chinese invasion of the Philippine archipelago. A friend there who survived together with me as part of the assault team (7 man team total, 3 man security and sniper, 4 man CQB assault, we lost 2 from the assault team, managed to extract the hostage from an embassy) on the high intensity hostage rescue ops simulation against real opposing forces in the PMC training, he volunteered. But then I realized why not onboard him for operations of the cybersec company? So yesterday I reached out to him so he can think about the opportunity. If he agrees, then the incorporation will happen in the UK most probably.
