Had phone calls early today disucssing the plan on that real estate regarding fortification and area expansion in the event of a war.
Did a 21km long-slow-distance run so I’m starting to increase my weekly mileage.
Being in the ahtletic lifestyle requires expenses for the nutrition apart. Basically my staple food is rice for the carbohydrates and the superfood eggs for protien and overall nutrition. Supplimentary to these are my electrolyte salts and controlled intake of milk for calcium and for emergency electrolyte replenishment because milk is the fastest way to replenish my lost electrolytes.
Having a viand like deliciously cooked beef steakes and others are already a luxury for me even having a fish but I do enjoy them at times and still is a source of protient and depending on the food can also be a source of electrolytes as well as minerals and vitamins.
Also taking multivitamin suppliments and at times vegetables specially the kind that falls under superfoods.
Now, one thing is very peculiar specially that I do long distance runs. For regular runs of 10km or an occasional run if 21km, sugar is not the top in the list but come a regular 21km run, sugar will become one of the top consumptions.
A regular long distance run like 21km taxes the body of fats as well as sugar and a lot of it.
This makes serious long distance runners with a consistent demand for sugar. Unlike a normal lifestyle or just doing gym and occasional long distance runs, sugar is not a necessity if I may say, but a regular 21km runs will demand it.
Bottomline is that it is costly to maintian an athletic lifestyle because you have to spend money for other stuffs like electrolytes a d vitamins and minerals, calcium sources and protien sources as well as including sources of sugar.
