Gym, Heavybag, and Muscle Fatigue

Gym workout today. Did the biceps and shoulders. Since I missed the glutes last time I did the glutes today. The lat pull down machine is fixed so I also did the back. Triceps has been worked out. The last workout is for the forearm.

Changed the heavybag workout and instead of just striking, I added the Zero drills to cram time because I’m so busy these days. The strike and breaking of the knee and elbow strike as a counter against a kick initially sent me outbalanced after heavybag hit me back send me falling hitting my back on the legs machine. That was a good feedback to adjust my stance and instead of a straight line powerful bow stance supporting my elbow strike, the feedback from the heavybag is dictating that I move into a diagonal forward bow stance to stablize my stance.

Also practiced the breaking of the ankle for front kicks and sidekicks and added a front kick followup.

The usual striking drills I also did for the boxing punches, elbow strikes, knee strikes, front kick, round kick, and the oblique kick.

After the workoutks I feel my leg muscles are fatigued with the carry over of the run from yesterday. Quads, calves, glutes, and hamstring I can feel them tired. My biceps too are so tired because I did a superset for my biceps today.
