The geopolitics in the south china sea is becoming a bit more tricky due to the recent signalling of China and US that somehow sent shockwaves globally.
First is the Trump offer of selling US weapons to China. Second is the rhetoric coming straight from Xi Jinpin on the historical alliance of China with US during world war 2 fighting their common enemy, Japan.
The unexpected case where China and US relations starts to warm up, I’m not quite sure about its impact on Taiwan and the threat of China to Philippines.
On the industry side for the cybersec product and services, I’ve seen strong signal of competition gaining traction. New product offerings that are basically the same as mine has now entered the market and they are vying for the market niche that I been eyeing. Looks like the race for the cybersec niche market has already began. They have their companies now and have access to funding and early clients.
Doesn’t look good for me since I’m barely starting up and basically has zero leverage, but I’d say it’s a fair game nonetheless. It’s a challenge to step up for next year and aggressively establish the company and strategically gain foothold to key industries.
