10km Run and Zero For Tactical

Did a 10km run today and was supposed to be a 21km long-slow-distance but due to my tummy feeling very weird I had to circle back to home after approximately 3km and headed to the toilet. At 9km my tummy felt uneasy again so I stopped at 10km distance and headed home with public transportation.

My tummy been feeling unfamiliar because I started intaking vegetables since last night for the fibers and for magnesium, potassium, and for the sulfur.

I tried my best to be slow for a quality long-slow-distance run but I’m still fast for a long-slow distance with 10km at 1hr and 30min. LSD run for a 10km should be around 1hr and 45min to 2 hrs for a quality training of mitochondria. A 1hr and 30min LSD run for a 10km is already close to my 10km race pace run ranging from 58min to 1hr and 5min.

Been thinking about the business plan for tactical training offerings with my classmates from the private military contractor training and specially on the Close Quarters Combat with empty hands and bladed weapons.

The core owners and training staff will be the three of us. The others didn’t signify their interest but I understand that because they have their own business and the other one we lost contact.

The three of us should own the trainings on SIA and HEPCO, PMC, CQB, Explosives Ordnance Reconnaisance, Airborne, Combat Swimming, Combat Diving, Special Operations, Combat Drones, Intelligence and Surviellance, International Security and Risk Management, and CQC with empty hands and weapons. Since I am an engineer and very good at being one, the group can later develop full EOD capabilities includin signal intelligence and EW.

Since we all trained as emergency first responders with an international recongized qualification on it and I had trained for the fundamentals of Tactical Combat Casualty Care without the advanced side of it, We will incorporate Tactical Combat Casualty Care not as a separate course but an integral part of all tactical courses. It’s not enough that one knows how to shoot and move tactically, one must know how to save oneself first if they got wounded in combat then their colleagues.

Particulary on the martial arts, I will be the one owning it and the flavor of Zero will be different from my Master. It will resemble a full striking art like Muay Thai but will incorporate the Zero such as breaking the neck, crushing the ribs, hitting the solar plexus, obliterating the windpipe, breaking the elbow, wrist, ankle, shin, knee, busting the balls, and striking the eyes. It will be aggresive. Will also include the highly optimized and simplified sword and knife fighting methods for direct combat which can also be translated to a wooden stick or metal baton. The takedowns, the locks, and the throws will be there. Weapons retention will be included, also firearms disarm and sword & knife disarm that’s very quick. This will be branded as Tactical Zero.

Since 2024 when my master started teaching me martial arts for free, he been wanting me to teach martial arts for his business idea of a martial arts school in the US, hence the idea of an underground 10 man fight was floated around from time to time grooming me for a blackbelt as a qualification to teach. I was hesitant because I don’t want a hand on training leisure martial artists or civilians on the kind of martial arts my master was teaching me, the Zero. But today I realized I don’t have that inhibition to teach this kind of martial arts to warriors such as the modern day mercenary, a bodyguard, or even a security detail.

We been doing the Zero with its pure deadly form and toned it down so we don’t kill civilian adversaries in case of street fight escalation and even toned it down even more if we don’t want to hurt the civilian. With Tactical Zero this won’t be the case anymore as the civilian restriction will be thrown away and the pure Zero philosophy of killing the opponent or at least imparting a debilitating injury will be the only option.

So yes, Tactical Zero will debut and will be on the battlefield around the world soon. The only thing we can’t control is whoever gets the training on this martial art. Maybe Russians, maybe Ukranians, maybe Israelis, maybe Iranians. Good luck.
