21km LSD Run, Turned Down Training Session, New Project on Martial Arts, and Cramming on Studies

21km long-slow-distance afternoon to evening. Managed to monitor my LSD run and I was 5 minutes slower in the 10km compared to last time which is a good sign but still need more work to slow down more. The heat of the afternoon helped me to struggle hence at third of the distance my run was stabilizing for a bit more slower long-slow-distance mode. I lost the data after the 21km run as my phone restarted and the running app that monitors my run didn’t manage to save the run data. Early in the run was approximately 37.x degree centigrade and sharply went down to 33 degree centigrade and slowly settled to 31 degree centigrade when I was approaching home.

Master asked me to join the training session afternoon but I had to focus on my running and other stuffs today so I didn’t show up in the training session.

On the other hand regarding MilZ2 (Military 00), I will have to analyze the system and tailor it for CQC with nuances on wearing full battle-gear and or with heavy backpack load and carrying weapons. I will have to formalize it for military combat only and document it. This is a new project.

Continuing on my solid-state chemistry and studying the organization of the periodic table of elements. Apart from understanding the structure of the atoms including the different shell orbitals of the electrons, understanding the implication of the period and groups in the periodic table simplifies the understanding of the chemical properties of each elements.
